The 2nd Gulf Film Festival will kick off tomorrow, showcasing movies from the GCC countries.  I wish I could attend, but in any case, if you are interested the website can be found by clicking here.  There will even be a special focus on highlighting films from India.  I searched for Kuwaiti movies, and I believe there will be 16 different Kuwaiti films!
