Cinemagic Kuwait, is proud to screen the work of some of the best Kuwaiti Filmmakers that attended the Gulf Film Festival. 4 Shorts, in presence of the 4 directors. Let’s welcome them all at our premises, and congratulate them by watching their gems first, and shake their hands. Mabrouk to all!

(1) Naked Human by Omar Al-Masab (A special mention by the jury in the Gulf Film Festival)

Synopsis: Viewers are taken on a trip of the evolution of human knowledge - from the most basic and purest essence to its ultimate selfish completion. This is the second part of a trilogy.

 (2) The Sniper by Dawood Shuail

Synopsis: The short explores a conflict between a sniper and his enemy.

(3) Hosha by Faisal Al-Duwaisan

Synopsis: Two men are fighting in a boxing match. As the fight progresses, we discover there is more to the story than a simple match.

 (4) Banana by Meqdad Al-Kout (winner of the special jury prize at the Gulf Film Festival)

 Synopsis: Ahmad is an unhappily married man in pursuit of an alternative relationship, which he finds in a Mut'ah marriage or temporary marriage.

For its part, Cinemagic Kuwait, is organizing these events as part of its efforts to contribute to the development of an internationally competitive Kuwaiti audio-visual production industry, partly by bringing the filmmakers and audiences together and by Increasing the public's interest in – and appreciation for – the art of filmmaking.
